Current member needing a replacement access card ---- $20.00 (must be 16 years of age or older)
New applications are read and posted on the website under 'Current Activities'.
Approval takes up to 6 weeks, you will be notified by mail.
Once accepted as a regular member your access card will allow you access to the club house.
Newly approved members are posted on the website under 'Current Activities' following board meetings.
You are urged to attend membership meetings on the first Tuesday of each month at 8:00 P.M.
Please inform your sponsoring member when you attend your first meeting.
A parent is required to sign with Junior applicant on following membership application.
I understand the falsification of any information on the membership application could be grounds for immediate revocation of membership.
If rejected for membership , all fees accompanying this application will be returned to applicant.
By applying for and accepting membership, the applicant releases North Side Sportsmens Association, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and members from any and all liabilities and claims, actions, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused or resulting from accepting membership including without limitations personal injury, death, property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, violation of civil rights or invasion of privacy

The membership application requires a current NSSA sponsoring member signature.
